Saiyan Growth in the Fourth Spurt Phase.
Super Saiyan Goku from Dragonball Z during his battle with Emperor-Prince Freeza. Having advanced much nearer to age 25, he clearly shows the remarkable increase in bone and muscle mass during the fourth spurt phase of male Saiyans. When compared to 18-year old Goku, the dramatic changes in the depth of chest and broadness of shoulders are very evident. (Some of the increase is due to his Super Saiyan 1 state, but it is marginal.)
